Scatchell's Beef & Pizza

Everything we visit the city we come come here. The Italian Beefs are the best!! Definitely a 9/10 on the beefs. 8/10 the foot long slice if pizzas. Every item on the menu are a 7/10 min. To 10/10 max. My photo does not justice on what it looks like or taste like. They offer home made peppers and sweet peppers as well but the home made peppers are amazing never had anything like it. They have clean bathrooms and slot machines with beer sold there as well. They it i promise you won't be disappointed!!The Italian ice are home made and are a mazing and you can also take home and order out for catering on the beef and pizzas!

Only got delivery from here. I normally get my Italian Beef’s from Carm’s or Al’s on Clark but this was a freakin’ good beef! 5/5 would recommend.

Scatchell’s is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Owner Barry and Frank is very nice. The restaurant is in good condition. Amazing Italian beef. Must come back. 10/10.

I was blown away by my recent visit. I lived in Cicero for many years in 1993-2009. This was not that Scatchells I left. But was happy to see updates to restaurant. And it still thriving. Best Food hands down. From thier Italian beefs,Chicago Dogs, & pizza. Not to mention thier Italian ice. This place hosted many family functions like birthdays and holidays. I even wanted them to cater my wedding. So please if in area Stop in you will not be disappointed!

Got a hotdog plus a combo take like 10 minutes? Open my hotdog in is missing the pickle!! Wow my combo is missing the hot peppers after you paid extra for anyway walk to my car in thinking is just me or everyone get the same treatment

Today I went to Scathell's in Cicero. I went with the Italian beef with sweet peppers and an order of fries. The fries were hot out of the oil and salty, delicious. The beef was cut super thin and the seasoning was delicious. The bread was just soaked in beef juice and it held together all the way until the last bite. Next time I go there I am going to get a side of that beef juice and drink it like hot chocolate. Really good beef and the seating area seems to be brand new with plenty of room. Good joint.

Scatchell's restaurant feels new and the inside nice and clean. Parking is plentiful, however next to the tracks. The service was great and efficient. The dining area is small, with a bit of counter space and a back video gaming area. Ordered a beef and Hot dog and fries. Scatchell's dipped beef was shaved thin and provides a good amount of meat in the sandwich. The bun held and was topped with Hot giardinera. Sandwich was tasty the dog was just as good. Chicago style with sport peppers, It wasn’t bad but wasn’t great. The fries were the saving grace with plenty of crunch and salt.
